Speak to a doctor directly from your hotelroom - either directly via mobile phone or via „MEINE URLAUBERIA“-App. This service is available with Austrian standards, Austrian doctors 24/7, 365 days a year. Available for customers with valid travel insurance including medical benefits.

If you don't feel well and are not sure, if you will be fit to travel, we offer a councelling with our medical providers called CancellationCheck. They advise and the risk of higher cancellations costs nearer to travel commencing date are with us.
